1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FirestoneVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

FirestoneVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address. The service is available through subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To use FirestoneVPN, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

FirestoneVPN is available on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are as follows:

• Silver Plan: $19.99 per month (2 devices)
• Gold Plan: $39.99 per month (5 devices)
• Platinum Plan: $59.99 per month (10 devices)

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FirestoneVPN within the first 30 days, contact us at support@firestonevpn.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FirestoneVPN to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Conduct port scanning or network probing without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent security systems

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience disruptions beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirestoneVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will end at the close of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
